Had an issue with my TV while staying in the hotel...

Had an issue with my TV while staying in the hotel. Very young but very knowledgeable manager come to my room straight after when I report a problem with the reception desk. He could not fix all the channels but he did help me to set up my laptop with wifi connection so could use it in my room. When asked where is the best place to eat he offered dinner in the hotel restaurant which I found very cosy with a great variety of food. Amazing hotel service more places like this!
