Don't order the chicken supreme as it doesn't come with prosciutto as per their menu and to top it off there was no apology for the discrepancy prior to serving it last night! Did you think we wouldn't notice????? I'd expect to be told of the change by the staff prior to receiving the dish but instead I had to point it out to them. And to make matters worse, was offered bacon instead.....the COOKS are so STUPID that they don't know the difference! The menu states CHICKEN BREAST WRAPPED WITH PROSCIUTTO not CHICKEN BREAST WITH BACON ON THE SIDE! Didn't even try to make me happy by offering a free soft drink which I also pointed out to the young girl would have been a way of improving customer relations. She then offered it but damage was done. Your staff do not think on their feet.
In addition, the order of battered fish and chips were inedible! Frozen fish, extra oily batter (cooked in cold oil) and partially raw! Mmm mmm, if this is how you like it....NOT us!
Seriously they need cooking and customer service lessons, this place deserves negative 5 stars.
