Only the beginning since my son just got braces put on but staff is very friendly, orthodontist comes in and explains everything before taking the patient back. They gave me everything my son might need in a bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, floss sticks, wax, little brush for getting food out of teeth and braces). They did a demonstration of how to brush and floss and use wax before we left the office. The doctor came by at that point and told me how the appointment went and when we need to come back. Always on time with the 3 appointments we ve already had. So far a good experience.
