I have dealt with many recurtment companies, Kate & Co are the absolute worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They failed to advise us that a candidate we took on had taken an interview with a another company and may only last 6 months. The candidate left after 4 months and Kate & Co completely denied having not told us and refused any assistance in the matter. They took their commission and that's all they're interested in. Keep well away.
