I m surprised to have read some of the older reviews about this spa. I am pleased to say that from our point of view it was a really relaxing pleasurable stay and we would recommend it to anyone.
My sister and I recently made our 1st visit to Moddershall Oaks and had an enjoyable and relaxing time. From the moment we arrived, we were dealt with professionally but also in a very friendly way. The receptionist took us to our room and as soon as we stepped through the door it was obviously clean and well appointed.
We were made to feel very welcome and without exception, found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night (not long enough!) and found the accommodation very luxurious and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for anybody and every time you walked past member of the staff they always acknowledged you, smiled and asked if you were ok.
I was impressed with the quality of the food and found the food to be presented very well and arrived hot by friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant staff were very attentive and as with others couldn't do enough for you.
Finally, the treatments were the 'icing on the cake'. Between us we had four spa treatments and would say 3 of the 4 were the best we've experienced. We would have no hesitation in recommending Moddershall Oaks if you want a quiet place to relax and be pampered.
I've read some negative reviews and have tried to think of a negative - I can't and in comparison to other spa's I ve been to its the best for room quality, attentive service, excellent /therapists/treatments and fab food. The spa pool, sauna and Turkish bath also get EXCELLANT from me.
We'll definitely return to Moddershall Oaks and thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant stay.
