I booked $150 room for one night via air bnb site ...

I booked $150 room for one night via air bnb site through Peter..arrived to hotel at 1130pm..did not enter room until approx 1am...I had to wait in the lobby because Peter never activated my room approval...front desk did not feel welcomed..Was charged $50 fee during check-in...I was never informed of this on advertisement for any additional charges..One face cloth for two guess...tub and commode not very clean so cleaned myself..check-out at 1 pm... went back up to the room to get my remaining luggage at 12:50 pm..was locked out of room... Then was asked for ID for me to get back in the room... Front desk nor Peter apologize for 1 1/2 wait to get room ...Update: I checked in on Feb 19th and its now March 16th and I'm still waiting on my $50 holding fee to be returned to my credit card...
