I'm giving it 4 stars because I've only actually been there once, I happened to be in Pasadena today and recently got a new phone a couple days ago but was unable to pair it with my new 2018 Honda Accord touring. I called and the girl on the phone was very courteous and said come on over and you don't have to wait and she was right the sales manager hooked me up with a guy that in literally less than 5 minutes had it connected. In the short time I was there everyone I came in contact with was courteous and although they were busy the customers seemed happy and things appeared to be moving smoothly in the service department. The only reason I didn't buy my car from them is because it was a bit far from where I live. I will definitely be back in the future though.
