This was the second dealership I visited looking for a new Honda Odyssey. Gus greeted our family of 5 at the door, very nice, casual, not pushing it too much like I have seen other places. He spent a lot of time with us, helping us figure out what we wanted, walking around the parking lot back and forth checking out a few cars, and figuring out our financing. It wasn't an easy sale, and he did a phenomenal job! With two little kids and an infant, my wife and I were very happy they had a huge fishtank, TV with cartoons, water and a little area for kids tp run around. They were pleasantly distracted while we were able to make an informed decision. We usually have to rush. Thanks Middletown Honda and Gus!
