I have been at Miami Jacobs for 2 years. I have to admit at the start of my first quarter the lady did mess up my financial aid, she was let go. I am a veteran using my GI Bill. What I learned after that experience is you have to be in constant contact with the Financial Aid office or mistakes might happen. I also look at my VA ebenefits and know the dates when they send the school money. As far as the school they do need more materials and I am sure they are working on it. Overall its not as bad as other schools. Im not a big fan of online schooling but if you got to do it you got to do it. Mrs Vanessa is one of the best Program directors at Miami Jacobs. She can help you with anything you need. Im graduating and about to be done. There may be challenges but don't let anything stop you from achieving your degree.
