this was my first time purchasing a home and then to add more stress to the process i was doing it alone without a realtor. Geoff took the time to see exactly what i was looking for in my 'mini dream' home. Before i knew it, he found me exactly the floor plan i was looking for and at the price i could afford.

Geoff was really amazing and came to my work to have me sign papers and pick my colors. I was working two jobs and didnt have time in between to make it to the show home to sign documents.

He was always available to answer all my questions by email and text. he made the process simple and fun and so much less daunting than i thought.

i love my new home and couldnt be happier with my purchase.
