One of the best services from hotel personnel in my many years of travel. We stayed in the old wing which was nice. The high ceilings made up for no sea views. Great hotel location. The establishment itself was majestic in it's own way. My only gripe would be the scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet. IMHO they were horrible! Nevertheless, the breakfast location and other items in the buffet were great.
