This company is the worst company hands down, that I've ever worked with. You can never speak to a supervisor and when you are sent to the supervisor' s voicemail, it's full (I wonder why). The agents tell you whatever story that they make up for that particular day because none of the stories are the same. I don't know where they get their training from. I advise everyone to do your research before purchasing insurance. The extra $10 a month will be worth it. As far as my house. We are living on ply wood floors because this company is taking it's precious time to get us what we need. Horrible... Horrible... Horrible
