Delivered my boat to Cabela's service center in Hu...

Delivered my boat to Cabela's service center in Huntsville, AL last month. During the 11 days my boat was at this service center no one EVER answered or returned my calls. On day 11 I went to the service center to cancel the work I requested and magically the were finished working on my boat. They worked on items I didn't approve and didn't work items I asked them to work. No one ever gave me a price, just handed me an invoice. I am coming to get a refund Cabela's. Once I told people about my experience I began to hear bad things about Cabela's and reading these reviews reinforces my experience and what I have since heard. Customer service was great up front especially from new hire Matt but ends there. I do not recommend Cabela's boat service center in Huntsville.
