Upon entering the store I was nicely greeted. However the person at the front desk had no idea where water filters were located. It is very disappointing do you have staff that are so ill in formed about some of the most basic camper Supplies. I took my filter back to the front desk to pay where I was told all the registers there had been closed because they close at 7 PM. It was 6:33. I would been told that the lady at the side register could ring me up. I waited in line and when she became available went to our register only to be told that they close at 7 o clock so now they only have one register open. They still had 24 minutes until they actually closed.

It is very apparent that the staff was inconvenienced by having the customer shopping 30 minutes before closing.

When I finally got rung up by the only open cash register I then got a hard sale on joining good Pham. I wanted to reminder the cashier that I didn t have time for that because they close at 7 o clock.

Camping world be a shamed of yourself. You are in an industry that is dyeing. Retail sales. The only reason you exist is to support people who are traveling and vacationing. Adjust your attitude

Next time I will plan ahead save money by shopping on Amazon and have a better customer experience
