The phone number that's posted is not valid and after reviewing the comments I was dreading having to go in.
I escorted my good friend Marcella Pardedes today to make a appointment. I was amazed!! We were in and walking out with renewed passport in less than 45 minutes. Very respectful to everyone. Hardly any waiting,they escorted my friend to the front of the line just because she is a senior. They very efficient, they made sure I got my paperwork back and we're helpful explaining where the next line is and what is needed to have ready to hand over. They even take there own pictures!! I came prepared and had paid $30 for pictures. But they no longer accept them. Angie was very helpful and professional and does her job well. Don't believe those rude comments. There is nothing wrong with this place!!! Don't be intimidated by the long line outside, it goes by fast.
