After my card was stolen and my account drained by...

After my card was stolen and my account drained by whoever took it- I was panicked! This is the first time (and hopefully the last) that someone had used my card fraudulently. After calling customer service at 7 AM to cancel the card, I had to go into the bank to dispute the charges. I was quite nervous about the whole thing but then I met my member service representative Audrey. Audrey was so amazing and helped ease all my anxieties! She helped me with the paperwork and my money was back in my account the next day! I'm actually kind of glad that this whole ordeal happened because I probably would've never truly appreciated just how great TTCU is and how genuinely caring the people who work there are!
