Man I've been coming here for years but yesterday was something else. Beautiful spring early evening. A beautiful sunset is about to happen. People are happy. Get to the deck to find one server for the entire deck. He is pissed and acknowledged everyone with "I see you!" But while not looking at you, walking really fast to the tiki bar. Then never came over after 15 minutes of waiting. I finally see another server and glad her down. She's about to give me the pass off and tell me she'll "get the guy who is working this section". Said no, he's pissed and cussing so you need to get your manager out here or help. He needs help! She was great. Manager never showed their face on the patio. The guy, came over with a bunch of attitude to tell us that someone got fired and that's why he's alone. If restaurants and sunsets are about experiences, then we missed both. Everyone on that patio got screwed that night. Management needs to do better!
