They are the best. I ride a Wing, pulled in to get fuel. Signature Harley right beside it. Pulled in there to have look around, my Bud's ride Harley's.
Buy them gifts. Brought shot glass home gave to bud at bar, some one scooped it, pretty low I know. I called Signature Harley, I live in Ontario, Canada. Spoke to a very nice rep there explained what happened, gave her my credit card, even said she could keep it open till final bill, asked for the same duck shot glass. They sent it to me in the mail. Along with two Poker Chips from there. Great to be treated that way. Lots respect for Harley, and Signature Harley Davidson.

First Harley! Friendly staff and salesman Terry was patient, no high pressure and he showed me everything about the bike. Great experience! Bike rides so much nicer than the one I traded in. Great experience all around!

Have been pretty happy with Signature. My only bad experience was when I had my bike in for service I paid to have it detailed but all I got was an expensive bike wash.

The sales and the personnel there We re very helpful in trying to make sure they use every possible way to get me into the bike that I was looking at.

Nice sales people Now there maintenance department on the other hand first I'll start with last summer I bought my 2012 super glide in the first three months it spent over one month in the shop the last time the bike went from 4th gear to first after they told me everything was good then this year I took it in to have them fix the heat shield now it sounds so bad i hate to ride whatever you do take your bike somewhere else and only buy new bikes from here the mechanics haven't touched them yet.

Awesome staff at Signature HD, especially Kristen and Johnny. Kristen hooked me on a springer and Johnny took care of the parts. The overall process was very pleasant. Your taken to every department to meet the staff, loaded up with some freebees, and then off to your bike. If I were to buy another HD, it would be from Kristen at Signature.

Just went over to buy some t shirts. Great place to do buisness. Super freindly staff. If I had lived there I would have bought a bike from them.

I know one thing i probably wont buy a bike from perrysburg harley store just spent about 30 mins in there and not one associate took the time to even say hello...i get i may not be your average biker chick but you dont know whos willing to drop 17000 on a bike...no im not trading mine in yet but its the point

Stopped by to check out a new bike...lol...but everyone was pretty busy! See a couple guys in service dept. Asked if they had any more used bikes....Paul in the service dept. Says right this way asked a few questions and was showing me exactly what I was looking for. Talked with sales when they was free and now know what kind of bike to look for when I'm ready. Even though they didn't make a sale they took care of every question I had. Thanks guys I will be back to get a bike when I'm ready....hopefully soon!!!

Very nice store and easy to get to. I stopped in for my poker chip.

Very disappointed. Stopped in on Thursday the 16th around 3 and not 1 employee acknowledged me or spoke to me in the 20 minutes that I was there. I was was looking at apparel and new bikes however conversations behind the counters were more important. Off to another Harley dealer I will go!

Small store, not much inventory and sales guys not interested in making sure customers are happy and making a sale. They act snobish and rude. THREE TIMES I tried to purchase a bike from this store and they are way over priced even two thousand more than kelly blue book retail value. Im done with you Signature and so are my harley friends.

Great atmosphere. Stopped by to check it out and the staff was very friendly. The brunette (wish I could remember her name) working in clothing was especially helpful. I plan on stopping again.

We bought a brand new 2017 Road Glide on Father's Day. Road the bike 40 miles maybe to find it was leaking oil. Called the dealer explained what was going on they said bring it in that Monday, well that's all well and good when your not working 10+ hrs a day. When we did have time to get it in they said it would be a week before they could look at this brand new bike they sold us. Then we found out that they titled our bike in the state of Ohio instead of our home state of Wyoming. So now we have to have a vin inspection done and have to wait until I go home to Wyoming in September before we can get plates for our bike and the dealer tag is expired and we can't even ride the bike. Then they play the I didn't know and it's not my fault. So sorry but not our fault. Now they are saying we have to go to Ohio Bureau of motor vehicle and pay for a temp tag if they will give us one. Worse customer service throughout the whole dealership after buying from them.

Signature Harley-Davidson is an impressive dealership full of terrific staff. Not only do they have a wide variety of gorgeous bikes positioned across their large showroom, they also take pride in supporting their local community.

Today, my wife and I were very impressed that SHD offered pictures with the Easter Bunny and hosted an Easter Egg Hunt for the youngsters. Our son really enjoyed his one on one time with the Easter Bunny and making his rounds, collecting Easter eggs throughout their dealership. Thank you to Signature and their friendly and patient staff for giving our son and us a special day!

My review is based on store atmosphere, customer service, price and cool factors. I cannot comment on bike sales or mechanical service.

Signature HD is a small shop that is clean an well organized. There is a decent selection of bikes and motor clothes. Pricing is average, not much on the sale rack.

The shop will supply the locals with what they need, but lacks the cool factor that would encourage a traveler to stop in for a visit. The shop is just missing that "WOW" factor.

Parts guy arrogant and snarky. I should have walked away, but i needed the part.

Might be my only review on here but these boys saved me middle of nowhere came to get me immediately and stayed late to get me running again on my trip from chicago to New York. Great guys in service and knowledgeable give them business for sure. Amazing people thanks again fellas

I have purchased many Harleys over the years and in several states .I can honestly say the entire staff at Signature does an A+ job of delivering the bike. Keep in mind this was a used bike and I was treated as if I bought a new one Tim .Sherman hats off to you and your entire Signature crew

This is a very bad , full of lies and not to forget a very expensive location. I went in to buy a used street glide and they not only over priced it but also started selling me all the other services even before i made up my mind to buy the motorcycle. And not to forget i overheard a guy complaining that they changed numbers on his purchase order from that of the motorcycle sticker price. which is illegal.. therefore i decided to just go to Ben Breece get a new motorcycle for $1000 less than the MSRP value and also bought $3000 worth of parts for a discount of 15% which applies to everyone. Their labor is also only $70. I will never ever go to signature again.. Amen

This store always tries to cater to your needs. I love everything about this signature Harley store. They have one of the best customer services around.
