About 10 months ago, my wife and I purchased a new higher end Simmons king size memory foam mattress from Gustafson. We were pleased for many months until recently. We noticed that the memory foam that supported our bodies was breaking down and causing large body indentations which ultimately expressed discomfort and back pain. Last Saturday we made a visit to Gustafson to discuss our issue with the mattress. We met with Jamie (store manager) who demonstrated a very high degree of professionalism listening to our concerns with deep interest. With no time wasted, she directed us to meet with her mattress expert Greg Brooks. She then approved a complete even exchange with another high end mattress from another manufacturer. The only charge incurred was a delivery & pick up fee. We can see why this company has had such a stellar record of customer satisfaction for so many years. Thank you Jamie and Greg! You are exceptional examples of personal integrity and professionalism!! We will definitely return as other needs may arise. Ken & Shelley Ring
