Spoke to Charlie, he was extremely helpful. I bought 3 full face respirators that I thought were out of stock, I was just enquiring about a half hood and he mentioned that he had the full power packs and hoods in stock. He is a great member of staff, increased sale to me by 30 times the original purchase. In fact all your customer service employees that I have spoken with have been very friendly and helpful, much better than competitors of yours that I have spoken with over the last few days.
