I don't know what planet these other reviewers are from but our stay was great. We spent our honeymoon there. I casually mentioned to the bellman that we were on our honeymoon. He congratulated us and gave us some tips on where to go to eat. When we came back after dinner there were fresh strawberries and a complimentary bottle of champagne on ice waiting for us. Each time I saw him he was helpful and courteous. The conscierges were all personable and helpful. I asked about the parking fees, which are common at the nicer hotels. I told them I didn't want to spend $43 a night parking my car. They told us we could park for free in Harrahs Garage if we played 30 minutes in the casino. It was not complicated at all and we planned on having some fun there anyway. Just get a total rewards card and log in 30 minutes of play each day you use the garage. We actually walked away with about $50 playing the slot machine over 6 days. The concierge gave us free wifi since we were staying there for 6 nights. I really don't know where these people get off giving one star. Don't pay attention to them. Either they are professional complainers that are never happy or competing hotels slinging mud. I will say though, they are renovating. But so what. Just let them know if it's a problem. Grow up! Bunch of babies. It's a nice hotel. I got a great deal on Priceline too.
