I ordered my Thinkpad on 10/28/2019, and Lenovo authorized my card, 1-3 business days for shipping Lenovo wont ship my laptop. Lenovo Customer service is a joke my unit was suppose to ship on 11/6/2019 and today; 11/12/2019 they wont
ship product or release hold on my Credit Card!! I call the so called Customer service and they LYE like children instead of finding a solution. So now Im taking them to small claims!!!
