I have a lot to say, I will give negative and positive in short bullets, However, in short, the hotel is listed as 4-stars but it s barely 2-stars standard (in my opinion, of course). We rented two Bedroom hotel apartment for a month period and below are our concerns and pictures attached:

Negatives:
- Rooms are not very appealing, not so clean and equipped with very old furniture, old television (no USB or HDMI options), Sofa and beds are uncomfortable.

- One night, the huge painting over the bed fall down and it nearly missed hurting my head, how ridiculous the fixtures are, I could ve been hurt real bad. Additionally, other small stuff is broken too such as door locks, towel hanger in the washroom but it hasn t been fixed, and nobody cares, apparently! (see pictures attached)

- Only two days room service in a whole week (they do not give tissue papers, toiletries such as shampoo, body bath, etc this was only provided on the first day of check-in LUCKY US!)

- Bizarre electric connection/settings, if you switch on the lights in the lounge, it will also switch on the master bedroom s light as well. One could not open the lounge light without disturbing someone in the bedroom, the same issue is with the kitchen light and another bedroom light.

- Windows are so dirty, it has been almost a month, and I have not observed someone cleaning the widow from outside

- Very small and congested washrooms

Positives:
- Convenient location (grocery, pharmacy, restaurants are in a walking distance)
- Big outdoor pool, nice gym, play area for kids, basketball and football court
- Amazing view from the window of the pool site and beach (provided the windows are clean)
- Seaside view
