Brad was amazing. He was very approachable, kind and supportive. He did all possible to fix the mechanical problem in a timely manner and under the warranty. He surprised and delighted me by ordering an Uber for me to get home while the car was going to be fixed. He did all possible to go above and beyond. Very impressed by the exceptional client experience he delivered.
