Ben showed up on time and was very thorough. He was the only salesperson to take the time to go into my attic to assess ducts and branch sizing. He patiently offered me several options which included upsizing my supply branch lines. Turns out they are undersized. Also when he realized the unit we agreed on would not fit in the small area I have at my townhouse he proactively offered a very similar but less expensive model. So impressed I brought over a neighbor who signed up too. Installation tomorrow and im looking forward to a positive experience.....very fair pricing and so far excellent service....SUPPLEMENT Dave and Jordan did a great job yesterday with the installation. New system works great.....They treated my home and pets with utmost respect...Thanks guys!
