Myself and my partner are just after being sent away from the Radisson after having my room pre payed for over a week in advance, tru my visa debit card, I was told I was unable to stay as I do not have a credit card. I had the same visa debit card with me that I used to book and pay for the room and passport ID. We were told we cannot stay in the room we had payed for simply because we did not have a credit card. This is absolutely shameful, Im now in Limerick unable to find a place to stay as it will take "a couple of days" for my money to be refunded
