Had my neck xrayed and checked mychart the app and said xrays were normal. Went to mychart/lovelace online (not the app) and it says I have narrowing at C5-C6 and some other things, also my bloodwork showed multiple results out of the standard range. Sent doctor message that I looked at it online through mychart and saw the results, not just her dictation that everything is normal. Now I tried to login to mychart online(not the app) and it wont let me login? I have screenshots of the results. Now I'll have to go in person to get xrays records and have tricore mail me the results of all the bloodwork. My right arm is going numb and its because of my neck. My doctor was from NM Heart institute, I also asked if I could get help with quitting smoking and had to prove to doctor that BCBS centennial care will pay for patches, lozenges, chantix, inhaler, or gum. I had to text it to her cell phone, still haven't heard back also my appointment was at 10am and to arrive at 9:45 I wasn't called back till 10:48am, checked with the front and they were rude and just told me I'm already checked in, as if I didn't already know that. Got there early and checked in at 8:13am HOW IS IT THAT YOU CAN HELP BONNIE? I THINK ALL OF US THAT HAVE WROTE A COMMENT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW. WHAT IS IT THAT YOU DO?
