It s been 8 months since I last visited this hotel...

It s been 8 months since I last visited this hotel and I am again impressed with the impeccable service they provide. Amzad in the laundry department was always prompt and courteous and went above and beyond restocking necessary consumables in my room. Ganga at the Above restaurant was also very helpful and took the time to highlight places to visit while in town. The entire staff work to make you feel welcome at every interaction. Besides the staff, the location is perfect for hitting the myriad restaurants in the Dubai Mall. Most have a seating area perfect for viewing the fountain and Burj displays. I will gladly stay here again for future business stays.
