Although I like my new Ford Edge, the buying experience was not the best. I went into the dealership having done my research and knowing I wanted a new car in order to compensate for my negative equity. I wasted a whole day with well meaning salespeople trying to qualify me for used cars. After going back the 2nd day, I once again told them I wanted a NEW car and everything went smooth from there. I couldn't have been clearly in my intent and felt as though I was being given the runaround. The sales team has been trying to make up for my frustration, but I really expected more since I went to them because they are listed on my job's employee discount list. I still feel that something else should be done to compensate me for my time wasted. Hopefully management will read this and respond back.
