Updated review: As soon as they noticed my review, I emailed them at the email address as i was told and they were very responsive and quickly with the solution. Thank you! I m looking forward to their efforts in the future and will be uploading any process / review if something ever changes!

Run away from them as fast as you can! I received a second notice with the collection fee from them without any email nor mail about my payment due. Been trying to call and email them for more than 10 times, waiting for 3 business days without any call back or anything!!!! They charged the maintenance fee for my subdivision but didn t actually do any maintain at all!!!! Worst company ever!
