I took my car in on a Saturday to have some routine maintenance done. They did the service and told me my taillights were out. I had to bring it in the following Tuesday because the part needed to be ordered. Drew helped me Saturday and was great. I dropped my car off Tuesday, no problems. They offered to pick me up when my car was ready. Tony helped me on Tuesday. Great service both days. Seamless drop off and pick up. Broadway Toyota is the best Toyota I have been to. I have had service at all in the Portland-metro area and Vancouver.
