Very, very poor service!!!! Never reply to emails,...

Very, very poor service!!!! Never reply to emails, hardly ever even answer the phone!!! Take absolutely ages to do anything!!! Seriously....... Do not go with this company!!!

We are still due a few hundred pound but carpenters have already had their fee from our compensation. Spoke to one member of staff today to when we will expect the rest of our money(not a solicitor) ,and when asking her if Carpenters "don't really care" as they've had their fee- she admited it!!! Couldn't believe it!!!

The worst service i have personally ever dealt with!!!!

Do yourself a favour and Stay clear!!!
