I was referred to Lyons Davidson by my insurer LV. The Police were considering no less than 3 motoring offence charges. I then had a long conversation with David Ollivere and then received his very detailed legal opinion of my position - both the good and the bad. My subsequent email questions were answered very promptly and did much to reduce my anxiety. In the event the police have decided not to press charges, but I am still very grateful for the support given to me in a very troubling situation.
