If you'd like to spend an hour and 1/2 just for an estimate thats going to be 10's of thousands of dollars over priced for a 5x8 bathroom this is for you. All the materials for my bathroom we're $3k. They wanted to charge me $25k and on top of that get permits which I don't need and take up to 8 days. I got it done for alot less and in 3 days. If they think you have money they will try to take it all. Be careful. Terrible experience, and it was just an estimate! Happened to two other people I know also.
