Let me just say, I will forever be a LOYAL Toyota owner. Toyota of simi valley is top notch, classy, and over all the greatest experience of buying, or leasing a Toyota. I can't say enough about Marcy Liu. She was kind , courteous , and all around caring. She made me feel as though she was experiencing the process through my eye's. She talked me through every step, explained in detail every aspect of the buying process, and she was genuinely there for the customer.
I had my thirteen year old son with me, and she connected with him, made him feel very comfortable, and my son even commented to me on how nice she was. Thank you so very much toyota of Simi Valley. Everyone at Toyota of Simi Valley, all of the representatives, are kind and courteous, and always smiling. As me and my son are crossing the parking lot to get into my Tacoma, which I love, one of the sales reps, went out of her way, just to say thank you ,and how much she loved my truck.
