We had a nice and clean family room. We were satisfied with the room and its furnishings. It was positive that there was a kitchen in which you could even prepare a little something. It is equipped very sporadically, but sufficient for small things.
The negative was that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. You can pay 7 per day for a parking space at the hotel, but this is a public parking lot. As a result, it was usually not possible to park directly at the hotel.
For the private beach as well as for access to the pool you have to pay a separate daily fee, which is not exactly cheap.
There was also not that much choice at breakfast and something was regularly forgotten despite ordering. Only the sweet pastries were delicious.
They also spoke Italian to one regularly, even though they spoke to the staff in English. German wasn't spoken at all.
On the whole, you can say that the hotel is acceptable, but in addition to the cost of the room, you have to expect high additional costs for the beach, pool, parking lot, etc.
