I was given a different therapist than i requested...

I was given a different therapist than i requested, and it was a therapist who used a style of massage completely opposite what i was looking for. I wasnt sure if this was some kind of passive aggression but this made me cancel my membership and stop getting massages altogether. Ive been nothing but polite to all the staff so I was confused. Seems like maybe some staff drama behind the scenes followed me here.
