Had one day stay at Citrus. The experience was not happy as expected from a 5 star hotel.
- Food was not tasty and not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel.
- Guests have to walk almost about 1Km from the lift to the room.
- Tooth kit & shaving kit were not available.
- No drinking water provided in the morning.
- Rooms were not sound proof.
- Mini bar was locked but they come to check whether the guest has used it !???
Do not recommend to the guests who expect a quality service beyond a preliminary service. Except the service of the helping staff and the view of the sea, the stay was miserable.
