If I could give zero stars, I would. They tried to charge me $150 for my service animal, then put me in a dirty room because I had a service animal and refused to give me a renovated room because of my service animal even though they were available and promised to me. They promised to return my stay but have reneged by giving me wrong phone numbers and emails and then ignoring my calls and emails to the front desk. Highly disorganized and rude especially when they refer to guests by their ethnicity. A child was wondering and crying in the hallway and when I called lobby, they expected me to escort the poor toddler to the front desk because they were very busy with their large "Jewish party". I asked for compensation since I have been an owner for 20 years and have paid my fees and never stayed in the renovated rooms, but they said they didn't care since they only have had it for 4 months. Go to splitrock, it was better when they had it and they accepted my service animal. I would love to see a response and resolution from them, but since it's been a month , I don't foresee them making good on any promises.
