DISGUSTING, DEPLORABLE AND EXTREMELY UNIMPRESSIVE ER DEPARTMENT. RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF. AN ABSOLUYE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE MY FAMILY IS STILL GOING THROUGH.I recently just left a very long and detailed 1 star review of my experience at Baptist and within 5 minutes it had been removed. This hospital is obviously too concerned with their star rating on Google than actually doing thier job and taking care of patients. AVOID THIS HELLHOLE/DEATH TRAP AT ALL COST. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS. ANYTHING ABOVE 2 STARS, DO NOT BELIEVE IT.
