We felt welcome the minute we arrived the hotel. Staff were warm and friendly. Service was efficient and the room was comfortable and clean.
The location of the hotel was great, it is close to the downtown Museums and the Disney Concert Hall. We were able to walk to the Broad, had dinner nearby and caught our concert in time without driving. It was a very pleasant stay!
