It's not my favorite drive from the North Shore. Prefer going to Milwaukee. But the Southwest fares are pretty cheap, so we go that way. It's really easy to park and pick up short term. You need to take the departures exit to get to the convenient short term lot. If not picking up from the curb, that's the way to go.

Also, they don't communicate well when baggage claim goes down. Would it be that hard to actually let people know what's going on?
