Scheduled an appointment to look at a used car. Dealer communicated with me multiple times to confirm the appointment. Appointment was for 3:30pm. I received a phone call at 11:15am to confirm the appointment as well as a text message at 12:25pm to confirm the appoint. I advised I would be there at 3:30pm. I showed up at 3:40pm and was informed the car was sold earlier in the morning and the sales person wanted to show me a comparable model for $10,000 more. Typical bait and switch nonsense.
