My experience with this place is that it personifies everything people hate about dealerships. My husband inquired about a vehicle. He was bombarded with emails, including one with a quote, and another tacky one "I saw you opened my email, but you haven't replied yet!"... Where only a few hours had passed and my husband was busy in a combat zone somewhere in the Middle East. The "guaranteed offer" that came back was crazy low for the vehicle, but since supposedly it was "guaranteed for 72 hours" he asked me to drive up. So I did. We were hoping for either a miracle or a good deal on or trade in for the epic fail. He emailed back, and the dealer said to come down. I called her the next morning on my way, and asked her if the vehicle was there and at the price of the invoice. She swore it was and they would have it pulled up for me. I was more than half way there (longer drive) when I received a new offer on my cell phone. It didn't match the one from the previous night. I called her out on it, and she said it was a mistake and offered to fill up my tank and give me some oil vouchers. Super, the giant truck I was driving was down to less than a quarter. The story could have ended there, and it would have been alright. But of course, she has to wedge in a lie that she sent a corrected email that we just didn't open which was a flat out LIE. But then I asked about the trade in since I drove up. Email chick dealer kind of disappeared and was replaced by a guy that I assume was her superior and another dude in a suit that apparently was in charge of the current dealership mafia at the time. Fast forward a really long wait, they offered me the lowest price possible on my vehicle (ha) and the highest price possible on theirs. When asked what price it would take, I told them it would take the guaranteed one from the previous email. The guys response was the equivalent of "you were stupid enough to think we would offer that" where in reality it's more like "you run a crappy enough business to not proof offers before sending." I showed it to the "boss" as well, and his response was a similar "what the hell are you and your husband a thinking?" I told him that my husband was in a combat zone and under a lot of stress, and I was just there to buy the car for the "guaranteed price" they offered. Anyway, if you'd like to get lied to, treated like you are insane for calling them out on their "guarantees", and lots of other sketchy stuff, I highly recommend this place. All the bullcrap of standard dealerships and then some. Read the service department reviews as well....apparently they "excellence" continues there.
