Unfortunately there is no way to give a higher grade. We were with the family and should give the customer the option of staying in a hotel under renovation (right to cancel). Corridors without ceiling, exposed wires, consequently without lighting. Elevators to be afraid of being so old. The rooms are spacious, however, old and on the holiday we were at the hotel the air conditioning was broken. Like in the middle of Bahia? In fact I was disconnected by the renovation, we saw all the pipes exposed. Total disrespect for the client for the lie.
Despite that, which was a horror on the first night, we had an understanding of the reception and they changed rooms. This was amazing, on the pool lawn, but just as hot.
The second bedroom and the pool were worth it. The pool is absurdly beautiful, with an infinite edge and a view of the sea.
And my compliments also have to be the official Chocolate. Incredibly polite and helpful.
The access is terrible, I am at the top of an access that you have to walk up and down, not comfortable. Apart from the pool, nothing matches what you see on the internet, so you will find other better located hotels with very good pools too.
