I went through a tour today and was helped greatly by Alex who sits at the reception. This place certainly has a vibe to be a good place for budding entrepreneurs but with a caveat. Unlike Silicon Valley where most of the startups seem to be extremely focused, this place emanates non seriousness to a substantial extent with an incredible display of mediocrity without a shame. A charlatan took me to a tour with layers of makeup (to camouflage skin flaws) and with the spurious cat walk looked desperate for attention. The self proclaimed celebrity who happens to be merely a coordinator quite indecorously attempted elegance but failed miserably when waving her hands were responded with an equivalent fake smile and hollow expressions. Perhaps not everyone can profuse eloquence and poise naturally. A great deal of me deciding not to use this place attributes to the display of pompousness by this inept and dud salesperson who displeased me to my guts. I wish the German philosopher Nietzsche have had the pleasure of witnessing this shoddiness and I am sure that it would have inspired him to write another book specifically focusing on Untermensch (subhumans).
Overall an alright place but with some abysmal coordinators. I kind of agree with Scott Peterson that it may be a good platform for attending events.
