- The rooms are not clean and corridors are dirty ...

- The rooms are not clean and corridors are dirty always for my whole trip (dust & leaves) , after the reopening after the close due the corona virus.
- carelessness about the guest complements about the hotel ( saying that all this mistakes is normal in any hotel while it s not reason because i am in coral sea sharm elsheikh and it s perfect).
- treating the young guests in a very bad way .
( i lost my ping pong racket and i informed the reception to check with the responsible one about the ping pong rackets of the hotel because i forget them on the ping pong table. They didn t take it seriously, until my dad came and shout at them they get the racket after three minutes and i am telling them about it for three days . Everyday i go to ask them and check with them three times ).

- they have a great variety of food in their restaurant. Also, a great aqua park.
