Cool ambiance, and always a bunch of people to help you find what you are looking for. Speaking of, customer service is pretty great. They listen to what you need, they don't try and tell you what you need. I dig the scene. Finding parking on the other hand... not the greatest experience, but hey.. its the plaza.
