My dealer tag has expired and I've called repeated...

My dealer tag has expired and I've called repeatedly and left messages trying to talk to a live person about this issue. I bought the mini from them two months ago and I have not received the registration from the DMV that was included in the purchase. Now whenever I call I'm immediately sent to the message system because I said I wanted to talk to a person and no one is returning my messages.
