Took my used (but brand new to me) MINI to have checked out yesterday. Being my first MINI...and being used....I had many questions, but Josh Pruitt quickly set my mind at ease. He was super patient and listened to my every concern. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him (and with the parts department). I'm thrilled that he will be my new service adviser!
